Attend one of our upcoming Virtual Borough Roundtables on Right to Counsel. The state courts, or Office of Court Administration (OCA) are pushing forward eviction cases rapidly in NYC Housing Courts and hundreds of tenants are not getting Right to a Counsel, as mandated and required by City Law. The purpose of this Roundtable is to bring Tenants, Organizers, Advocates, and Elected Officials together to discuss and take action to ensure that the Right to Counsel law in NYC is respected, that the City delivers on funding for Local Law 53 this budget cycle, and that we expand Right to Counsel to all tenants in New York State.
