We did it! Effective 5pm, Monday March 16: "All eviction proceedings and pending eviction orders shall be suspended statewide until further notice." Thanks to EVERYONE who worked so hard to make this happen--we are POWERFUL!

We did this through collecting thousands of petitions to the Governor, getting our orgs to sign on to a letter to the Mayor, making calls, keeping up the pressure on social media and more! It's an incredible relief in a challenging time to know we don't have to risk our health to save our homes. 

There's so much more to do. More soon on that, but for now, thanks for all you've done already.
